Booking enquiries and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after EazyRideCab confirms the journey details with you. Please provide an accurate pickup point, destination, travel date, preferred time, passenger count and luggage requirements so the appropriate vehicle can be discussed.
Changes to your journey
If your pickup time, route or passenger details change, contact us as early as possible. Availability for a changed plan may depend on the vehicle schedule and the information shared at the time of booking.
Travel responsibility
Passengers are responsible for sharing accurate travel details and for carrying any required identification, tickets or travel documents. Please allow suitable time for airport, railway and long-distance journeys.
